How to find a link to chat with guru? I requested a new international favourites bold plan for 10 pounds a months with had to be started on 17/11/12. But It actually started on 5/11/12 when I credited my account for 15 pounds. Now it's going to charge me again on 17/11/12 automatically, after 12 days. Can anybody direct me to account managers?
