Need help with an Iphone please.

I bought an Iphone about 1 month ago, registered it on Itunes and I even rang it to see if it was working and it was fine, but I tried it the other day and it says call failed or error in connection and I can't even conect to 1747 or anything, I haven't been using it fully yet as I have had a lot of Meteor credit left to use up in my old phone.
I haven't recieved any free credit or anything yet, But I have been getting text's from 02, so my phone must be registered, but I can't get on to the 02online.ie website (I live in Ireland), it's asking me for my phone number and my broadband number but I don't have an 02 broadband number (it says it's on the blue card the sim came on), but I can't find any broadband code.
I'd really appreciate any thoughts on this, as I am almost ready to start using it.

I know, but what I'm saying is I can't get on to it (any suggestions) even to join the forum you seem to need the broadband number, I even emailed them and got nothing.

I rang them, and after being on the phone for about 20 mins to an operater she finally told me that I got a broadband sim instead of a phone sim :womanindifferent:.

I couldn't check the status since I didn't have a mobile number to enter,
but it's all good now, I didn't even need a new sim, the guy just transferred the new settings to the BB sim and it's working fine now 'thank God grin
