Need 4G coverage in Hindhead Surrey GU26 postcode

Dear O2,

 

I have received a news from you that you will install a 4G network in our area GU26 postcode since October 2016.  Up untill now we still have a new poor signal both general reception and network.  It is very poor signal overall.

 

Please could you look into this issue and solve the problem soon please.

Our network is currently working fine

We'll be carrying out some maintenance on our phone masts in this area on the 01 December.

Our Network modernisation programme to improve 2G and 3G coverage and roll out 4G has reached this area. It does mean that you may experience intermittent service on your mobile device while our engineers 'do their thing'.

We’re sorry about that, but we’ll do our best to minimise any impact to your signal.
