Solved: NHS discount and galaxy S6 - Page 6

Mega gutted o2 are not offering their 30% discount on the galaxy S6 yet, not sure why as I received it on the S5 when that was first released.......... 😞

Just a little update: the complaints dept got back to me and as we all already know, they are not offering discount at this point in time, the obviously apologised about the 'live chat' mis-information x2! They did also say if i had renewed my contract based on their information they would have honoured the discount.

So with regards the the person that took the contract out and given the code for open it might be worth investigating to see if they would honour it for you.

Apparently over the next month or 2 the discount will be available and to keep my out.........apart from phoning up regularly not sure how I can keep me eye out!!?!

The discount is quite important to me as I prefer the o2 network above the others but obviously that discount takes it down to the same price as the others!!
