Members showing online - We need your feedback

Hi guys,

I'm going to try and get the 'members showing online' issues fixed once and for all. I'll need some info form you all too.

If you;re seeing this issue, can you please list below (no need to use actual usernames of others, just the durations for now):

- If you're seeing the issue still.

- If the issue went away and then cam back

- The browser(s) you see this on.

- If you see it on mobile view

Update: I have spoken to Lithium and some maintenance will occur tomorrow evening (3-5 minutes between 00:00 and 04:00) which includes tending to the 'members online' issue. Once we get too midday of Wednesday 1st of July, let me know if you can see a difference.

Yes, still seeing it using Chrome.

Issue comes and goes. No set pattern that I can tell.

*I see it mainly on Laptop using Firefox

*It seemed to reset about 2 weeks ago.

*It isnt happening with me this time but did about 4 weeks ago.

* Exactly same on mobile

Cant get everyone in but this was taken just now...

Apologies. I did show users....it was how I captured it using snipping tool on laptop.....(Not a problem though?)

I see the members online for days on end when they actually aren't online & I still see lots of guest users ranging into the hundreds as well.

I am using safari on an iPad mini
