I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 735 from o2, which included a Christmas Accessory Bundle of a speaker and charging plate (as advertised on the o2 site!).
I was very disappointed to find that instead of receiving the bundle, I received a leaflet telling me to claim it on www.microsoft.com/mobile/o2christmasbundle.
The link simply sent me to the US microsoft mobile site and, needless to say, there was no reference to the bundle.
I contacted the o2 chat service TWICE! First time I was told to try /735launchbundleo2 and the second time I was told to contact Microsoft!!!!!!!
Once again, this is rubbish customer support from o2 and a warning to others that they cannot honour their promises. I will keep battling to see if I can discover where this so called bundle is or even if it ever existed!

Hi,
The accessories arrived 10-12-14, five days after sending the required details to the above Anovo email.
Great results. Keep it up Anovo.
No one else has posted here since, so the original page might have been fixed or people don't buy the Lumia 735 (from O2).
The price has gone up £10 since I bought it, but it still one of the cheapest from a reliable retailer IMO.

I'm very happy about it but it shouldn't be a challenge really when a multi national makes an offer.

Maybe it is just another way of testing the consumer for more marketing data....

Started this thread so thought I'd update. Was advised to wait for 14 days after purchase then try again. The web page acknowledged that Nokia had been having problems and to try again. I did but had the same problem so phoned the promotions hotline.
Stollyman has it right. But just in case it doesn't work!
The phone number for the Nokia promotions hotline is 0844 409 6620
Customer care is +44 2076600896
I was contacted by Jan S an "Email Specialist" at Nokia, who was really helpful and gave me the above info. Email address is contactcentre.europe@microsoft.com
Yet to receive the bundle but here's hoping!!

Sorry I've not replied earlier.
I would just like to say a big thank you for your investigations into this.
I upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 735 early December, when I went to collect my new phone from the store I was informed that the "free" accessories would be despatched from O2 (wrong!!). On unpacking the new phone I found the leaflet which informed you how to claim the free gifts, on accessing the site, it too informed me that my IMEI number had already been used (how?!!). I had also tried the number printed on the leaflet, but that just rang and rang and rang.....
It was then that I searched for help and came across your post.
I contacted the firm recommended by email, and was informed to send my proof of purchase and contract details. I sent this to them last Thursday...they confirmed they had processed this manually...and now I await delivery of my free accessories.........
So it's good to talk - it's just a shame O2 can't communicate this information to their store staff!
Thank you!

When I bought the phone the staff didn't even mention the christmas bundle so I did. There was then a debate between the staff about whether it was available with a PAYG phone though I had already researched this and believed it was. They checked and decided it was so I bought, then when I had the IMEI number problem I decided it wasn't worth going back to the shop so googled, found this thread and the rest,as they say, is history. I could have got the phone sim free at CPW but without the bundle.
