The line is 24/7 but you need to stay on the phone to the end of the IVR then you get the option to report the phone lost.

Logged onto o2 live chat the following am. They stopped any further use of phone. Luckily it had not been used!? Strange? No one has handed the mob in! Why do I get your message repeated by 'clairoff'?
