I am trying to sort out a problem and live chat keeps time out your end

Can anyone from o2 help me out?

The problem is my teen daughter dropped her iphone5 down the toilet while we were on holiday, it no longer works and so I have bought a new iphone6 phone and she is getting my iphone5.

I am keeping my sim card but need a new iphone5 sim card so she can use my iphone5 phone.

Need sim card sent by post

Thanks

Yes, that's fine then.
Just order from the link and when the sim arrives do the sim swap form here http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/
Balance, number and tariff will transfer across to new sim card.

Either pop into your local store or you can order a new one online

Is it a contract sim or payg one that you need?
Those sims are free but you can only use on a payg account (no need to top them up as you will just use it as a sim to swap to.)

All very frustrating for you but just follow the advice given.

Oh, and ban your daughter from taking the phone anywhere near the bathroom....

Thankfully I have only ever dropped one phone in the toilet.....(it was on the cistern while I was cleaning the bathroom and it slipped) It was a Moto Razr. I ran downstairs with it...my son whipped the back off took the battery and sim out....and stuck the phone in the warm air central heating vent.

I ordered a new one...which I then cancelled..... as 16 hrs later the Razr was up and working again...

However...it wasn't a smartphone...
