Hi guys,

Let's talk about the fact that O2 have begun to stock O2 Broadband Dongles!

They're available in Pay Monthly and Pay & Go. Check out if the link below for more info:

Click here for more O2 Broadband Dongle info!

As these products are fairly new, we wanted to hear from you all on your general dongle thoughts. Do you use a dongle or have in the past? If so, when is the most useful time to fire one up? DO you use them often when travelling around the world? We want to hear from you!

We’ll potentially have a few of these devices available for testing, so it would be great to get all of your general thoughts on mobile broadband slight_smile

The crazy thing is this.

If the mobile networks offered enough data for the $ they could eradicate the need for home broadband and home phone and pocket the monies BT get now.

I.e. a home phone is about £16 a month and fibre broadband about £18 before any offers. So if o2 offered a 50gb tariff for say £25 they would make a fortune

Some great insights here guys, thanks very much slight_smile

As/when we get any dongles to test out, I'll let you all know. We're also looking at seeing how members use O2 services abroad when travelling (Using mobile broadband, or just general expereiences). Summer's approaching fast!

I remember suggesting that on here several months ago but nobody seemed to agree.

I think it's a great idea but I would be concerned about the infrastructure they have in place.
