Solved: Keeping my number

I have just ordered a new phone on my contract Order Number ms-506483337 and need to keep the same phone number

How do I do this?

If it was an upgrade your number will switch automatically.
If it is a new contract you need to call CS on 202 and ask them to switch your old number to the new contract.
