Hi I'm Selina and had just completed an upgrade using the online 'live' chat system. The agent who dealt with my contract is called Bane (Capita/O2 advisor deals with O2 products). Unfortunately during the time when I was trying to complete the contract online, I lost connection with the agent. He has been extremely helpful and I would just like to pass my thanks to him. Hope O2 are able to do that. Many thanks Bane and O2!
