Is there a UK Customer Service email address?

Hi,

I need to forward a couple a couple of emails sent from the foreign customer service email department, does UK Customer Services have an email address?

02 have taken the £172 etc out of my bank by the look if it! bloody useless communication between the various departments from the email team

Its probably credited back onto your unbilled charges then. If the bill was already produced then they cant edit that bill BUT they could of held your account into dispute to stop the DD.

Why not fill out an indemnity claim via your bank? Or just wait for the credit on your next bill, depends how urgently you need the money I guess.

I just thought I cancelled the DD a week before it would of been due, I haven't got internet banking, so if I cancelled the DD would it go out?

No wouldn't have been taken if you cancelled the DD with your bank.
