Irritated - cannot get through for assistance on helpline

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have just wasted nearly an hour of my life on hold during three calls where I keep getting disconnected after 20mins of hold music. I am now getting really aggitated. Seriously, can someone call me on my number ending 615 before I go bucko.

Sorry no one from CS will see your post - you need to keep trying I'm afraid.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

We've all experienced the frustration of being cut off while on hold. If you do decide to switch providers, just make sure you will get good coverage from them. No point switching if you don't. You'll find customer service from all the providers is no different.

Get a pay and go sim first to make sure you get coverage at home, at work and in the areas you normally travel. With Vodafone you don't have the option of paying off the handset, you are tied for the full 2 years.
