Ios8 02 loss of signal

Hi can anyone help, we upgraded to ios8 and now have total loss of signal on all our phone. "no service". We had three bars before upgrade----the entire family are on 02 has anyone else had the same problem?

Many thanks for the tips and links. Looks like they are working on "mast" in my area. Just seemed spooky that we all upgraded this morning then lost service typical!!!!!

Reset the phone by holding the home button and power key until the Apple logo appears on screen.

Try your sim in another phone as a process of elimination.

This may not be connected to the update.

You could try Settings , General , Reset , Reset Network Settings

Where did you get the iPhone from ? If privately ensure it's not been imei locked here http://www.checkmend.com/uk/

Glad you now know its nothing to do with this iOS update. slight_smile

Keep checking the mast status and turn airplane mode on and off when it's showing as good to refresh the connection to the network.
