Hi ,

I work in a factory and can`t get a signal for 3g/4g and no wifi available,my mates who have EE,Vodafone Giff gaff and even iD can get a signal is this a problem with o2 or am i just unlucky.

Any ideas for getting a signal would be appreciated,i am using a Samsung S5 handset.

Thanks Paul.

It's either the network/sim or the phone. Check for problems here : Service Status

Is it only at work you have the problem?

I am surprised that your friend who is with Giffgaff gets a signal and you don't (as Giffgaff runs on the O2 network)

That being so it does look more as if it's a sim problem @jonsie?

If your mate on giffgaff gets a signal, you should do too as it's the same network.
Have you tried turning off 4g and just trying 3g ?

Indoor coverage can be a bit hit and miss depending on building construction and also some phones cope better than others.
