If I keep phone after 2 years, does monthly payment automatically lower?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I've had my phone for just on 2 years, and I'm happy to keep it for now.

As paying for the phone itself was included in my 2 year contract, will my monthly payment automatically reduce from month 25 - or do I need to actively do something to change the monthly amount?

Nick

If you are not on a refresh tariff you need to call O2 on 202 and switch to a sim only tariff to save money.
If you are on refresh, it will reduce by the handset cost automatically.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
