hi guys can anyone help please? Porting from ee to o2 new phone

On friday I was told porting would take place at 6pm and I'm to wait for the texts, I still havent received any.

is it usually this long to transfer phone number from ee to o2? When will I get the texts or is something wrong and I need to talk to o2?

Have you got a 4G sim, a 4G phone and 4G in your area?

Update... Rang 202 as suggested 👍 They were puzzled to why it hadn't gone through. Yesterday they called me to say it'll defo be done today. So fingers crossed lol
