Great service

I had a problem with my new Samsung A3 today, suddenly switching itself off and refusing to come back on. I went into a phone warehouse for help, and was told the battery was faulty and I would have to return my phone to 02 to be replaced or repaired, which was a blow as I've only had it a month.

However, after logging into my 02 account, and finding the Live Chat team, I was advised by Ismeet to do a simple test. In less than 2 minutes my phone was up and running again! Great service. I'm really pleased, and would advise any 02 customer having problems to try getting help this way slight_smile
