I had a problem with my new Samsung A3 today, suddenly switching itself off and refusing to come back on. I went into a phone warehouse for help, and was told the battery was faulty and I would have to return my phone to 02 to be replaced or repaired, which was a blow as I've only had it a month.
However, after logging into my 02 account, and finding the Live Chat team, I was advised by Ismeet to do a simple test. In less than 2 minutes my phone was up and running again! Great service. I'm really pleased, and would advise any 02 customer having problems to try getting help this way

Live chat can be very hit and miss. It's good you got your problem sorted by them and thanks for the positive comments
