Hi,

I just want to give some positive feedback regarding Mike O'Grady who just sorted me a new phone.

I was all set to transfer to Vodafone, but Mike sorted me a deal with a new phone and contract that beat all of the competition.

He was informative and helpful throughout the call and he saved O2 a happy customer!
