I've got an O2 Simplicity 300 contract with Basics Data bolt-on.


Since O2 "improved" their site last December, I've found it very difficult to navigate round the site.  In fact, all I can seem to find is O2 trying to sell me more of their products.

What am I doing wrong ?

It just sounds like your browser has the o2 home page as the default home page (start up)

OK - well, as an example - the BBC site. 

I go to the internet icon, click on home and I just get a list of sales stuff from O2.

That's because you have the O2 page set as your home page you can change that
