Faulty Handset 23 days old

Hello,

 

My S5 developed a fault with the screen however as its outside of the 14 days i have to have it repaired, does anyone else find this shocking ?

 

my inital thoughts that if anything was faulty you are with your rights to request a replacement?

 

any ideas?

Isn't it 28 days to get a faulty handset exchanged?

 

It clearly isn't fit for purpose if it doesnt last this long.

 

If got through O2 directly, give them a call

Although.....O2 may want to send it to Anova...Fear I wouldn't have that with my phone.

I would be going straight to Samsung with their 2 year warranty...... wink
