I like the way the device plan and airtime are now seperate. I would love to be able to pay extra off my device plan to get it down quicker and can't understand why we can not do this online?

You can if you call cs on 202 though....

The Refresh Tariff certainly brings it's pro's and not many Con's.

Pay off more if you wish.

Pay it all and upgrade again.

Pay off the handset plan , give notice and walk away.

The option to pay more off the phone plan online has been mentioned before and from what I understand has been relayed to O2 via the admin team. I do hope we get some feedback on this.
