It's a double edge sword because if you already pay your taxes and you just so happen to be a mobile phone user with 4G technology, you won't get the use of it. Once again, the UK's procrastinated approach to evolving technologies and obsession with money for nothing get in the way of progress.

Agreed look at what happend to 3g massive auction price killed the investment in infrastructue to provide it.

I note other countries have learned from this and 4g was auctioned at a lower price to 3g.
