Community Sign-in page update

Hi guys,

How are you all doing on this lovely evening? slight_smile 

You might have noticed something different while logging in today through the 'Sign In' link on the forum. We have added quick information on the right-hand side of the sign-in form about the community.

This is to make it a bit more informative for those who are visiting for the first time, and will hopefully give a little more insight into the benefits of the community and what kind of things members can participate in if they register.

This is for the community sign-in only; when logging in to My O2 through any other link, you would still get the usual My O2 login screen.

Can I just bring up the fact that I still need to login twice when I'm on mobile and want to leave a comment?

Yeah Toby, sorry!

 

There was a thread about it a while ago, I'll see if I can find it when I get home! But yes, I am still being prompted to login twice on mobile although I don't get an error messge on the second login prompt any more! :S

Hi @Toby 

 

Just as an update, I've been doing some testing and the double sign in only occurs when I am not signed in and want to comment on a topic.

 

If I visit the community and select to sign in it accepts my email address and password first time. 

 

On a side note, and to stay on topic, I am getting the new sign in page on mobile as well! slight_smile
