Claiming FitBit charge

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

I was having trouble with the address on the leaflet too. o2 customer services emailed me a link and it worked fine https://www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk/ you have to put your imei in to check eligibility but my order went through no problem once I did that.

Isn't that the same as I posted here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Claiming-FitBit-charge/m-p/865041#M62723 ?
