Claiming FitBit charge

Anonymous

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

I guarantee it will be at least 14 days after you receive your phone......
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

And you lot wonder why I question the sheer stupidity of O2 not sending these out with the phones. 66 posts and rising, most off topic lol

Hi @Anonymous  Have you received your phone yet? You won't be able to claim for the fitbit device until you have the phone (as you need to enter your IMEI number on the claim form)
