Claiming FitBit charge

Anonymous

The web address of www.o2fitbitoffers.co.uk doesn't work as it redirects you to the main o2 web site. All I want to do is claim the item which I am entitled to. Anyone out there with any advice.

But that was baaaaad lack of knowledge too, telling people only first 2000 get a tablet causes a sense of urgency.
Then, no one would confirm how the first come is determined.
Then it was announced it would be first to enter details on page, more urgency
Then no one had a clue when the actual phones were coming because live chat kept telling people they were delayed, all sent out, not released til following Monday, black sold out so no more dispatched.
Then site was not active, Sony said up to O2, o2 said up to sony.
Then it was 3 weeks before we heard a thing.
Then no seemingly order to the claim processing.
Then live chat telling people all the emails had been sent out. (no, not finished for another week)
I could go on but,,, yaknow

I have already linked the terms and conditions but the issue is that the redemption site loops to the shop landing page. This may well be because the release date isn't until the 31st March.

Still doesn't answer my question @Anonymous

Why make life so difficult and add to the cost. Just send the flippin thing with the phone.

One order
One phone
One Fitbit
ONE DELIVERY COST
HAPPY CUSTOMERS

No far too simple. Let's naff the customers off and create extra totally unnecessary work for everyone.

O2 really are losing the plot.

The concern @Anonymous is that the link loops to the shop page. Is the link going to be fixed by the time the offer goes live
