China is Apple's second biggest market, so I doubt that will be the scenario. Apple has way too much invested in China, and it's not only in the phone market, for it to walk away. This latest episode is just a little muscle flexing by the Chinese government.

Apple shares down even though they are still able to sell phones pending their appeal. Seems to me that these lawsuits are all a bit of a joke to be honest.
