Checking my private messages

I have recently received a 'private message' from the O2 community manager.   However, I'm having difficulty navigating to the right place where I can read and reply to my 'private message'.   Can anyone help.   Sorry to be a bit simplistic.   But I have tried!

I’m on a mobile - there us 2 in a red circle next to support at the bottom of the screen, but nothing shows when I click the support icon and nothing against the person icon at the top. All very poor
