Checking my private messages

I have recently received a 'private message' from the O2 community manager.   However, I'm having difficulty navigating to the right place where I can read and reply to my 'private message'.   Can anyone help.   Sorry to be a bit simplistic.   But I have tried!

click on the "1 unread message" hyperlink up the top right hand side on your screen. Or are you using mobile?

To confirm...this little envelope in top right hand corner is the one you click

It then displays all your PM's

Read the one you want and reply from there....

If you are on mobile its a pic of a person and will have a 1 next to it.

Unless you are on full screen view (mobile)  when it will show as an envelope with a 1 next to it....
