I took out a Pay Monthly contract with 500MB 4g. I want to upgrade this to a permanent 1Gb. How can I do this?I have looked at MY02 but there doies not seem to be a method to do so

You need to click on the bolt ons section and choose to change your bolt on but this will only be available after the first month.
You can always call CS on 202 to discuss any changes too.

How long since you took on the tariff? As @MI5 says you can only change after 30 days.
