Why has O2 sold my details to Carphone Warehouse who now bombard myself and my family, we have 4 contracts with calls about upgrading ? Unethical, unpleasant and unwanted. Am I alone ?

CPW are one of O2's 'trusted' partners so have access to O2's database. Unfortunately you would have agreed to them sharing your information unless you changed your marketing preferences in My O2. This is found under the 'More' tab so you should change it now.

They are calling me constantly at the moment too and I am opted out - I had to get quite firm with them today.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Funnily enough I also had a call today. Those of you who know me well.... will realise it was NOT a good day for them to ring me and expect a polite refusal...Evil

Haven't dealt with them for years. Only O2 P&G now, so thankfully no calls. I hate their current TV ad campaign. No....that's too mild. I LOATHE it.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
