Can't get through to O2

Just wondering if any one has had the same problem, i have been trying for 5 days to get through to someone with out being cut off! I think it's just really poor !!!

There is a network problem at the moment and customer service will be snowed under at the moment.

Ive been trying to get through for a month now as Im due an upgrade, tried again today but after 45 minutes waiting my battery went flat, when I do finally get though im going to ask for my PAC code just in case the upgrades offered at not to my taste as I dont want to go through this again.

Do you not have a local O2 High-Street Store or an Independant such as CPW near you ?

 

A month seems a long time to keep trying one form of contact.

Quite a few reporting long waits right now unfortunately.
