Braekdown down of O2 service on Wed 11/7/12

It was a disgrace on the part of O2 not putting information on their home page of the website that there was a breakdown of their service. There was no one answer when I rang several times. I think it is poor service. I only found out after listening to BBC 10 pm news. I thought there was problem with my iPhone and made an appt to see them tomorrow!!

This should be a fun one to break apart.

Ok, so if you tried calling them you would have realised that they have set phone times for calling it. You would have been told this by an automated message.

If you were still up at 10pm then you would have seen the message clearly stated on their homepage.

You would have also been notified of the status page: http://status.o2.co.uk

Thanks to them working overnight, they're slowly restoring the service.

Be a bit more patient and it'll all work out for the best.
