I got a new contract phone yesterday with unlimited calls and text my boyfriend had an issue with his phone so he used my phone to call up o2, this morning my phone has been blocked and I've had a text to say that I can't use it until I pay 22.00? However I can't call up to pay as its blocked and I don't understand why I need to pay this?

as @Cleoriff mentioned the only was I can see this happening is the OP's boyfriend owes £22.00 on his account, however phoning on the OPs phone has shown their number to the CS rep who has somehow messed the account up.

I can't think of any reason for it to be blocked. Unfortunately you do need to call them. Use live chat if you have no landline.

This seems very weird to me....The phone gets blocked after it is used by the OP's boyfriend to report an issue on his phone?. Only thing I can think of is he was talking about a completely different number from the one he was using to phone... and someone has messed up?

Having said that I have NO idea where the £22.00 fits into anything....?

Nope makes no sense, depending on the problem that was reported using the phone....
