Id like to say a BIG thank you to Kelvin from customer services. I had a query with my data plan and not only was he helpful and friendly he gave me 100mb free!! Fantastic service

a big thank you Thanks! to lady-mystikal for the original post & also thanks to Kelvin Fantastic from customer services ..... it is soooooooooo refreshing to see some people saying good things about O2 ..... it can become very dreary looking through say the Discussions & Feedback thread only to see a string of complaining posts ..... thanks again Smiley Very Happy
