Are Three Offering Unlimited 4g Data?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Earlier this evening I had an email from USwitch. In the email one of the offerings was as follows:
Iphone 5s (free handset)
600 minutes
Unlimited texts
UNLIMITED 4G DATA
All for £35 a month

Will this challenge o2's data offers?
Will customers move for unlimited 4g data at that price?
Have o2 stopped or slowed down the 4g rollout?

Three are investing a lot in there network with the 4G roll out.

Try a PAYG sim & you might get a shock how good the coverage is, it's getting better all the time.

Yes you will get 4G data signal where it's available at no extra cost & if you have the correct package / add on / tariff it will be basically unlimited - some don't allow any tethering while others do.

Im currently on the PAYG £15 option, 4G all you can eat data.

Not great everywhere but given so many on here are clamoring for unlimited data on 4g could this be a game changer?

Not for me at the moment. The South West has poor coverage by all the networks (but charge us the same as you City folk with 50mbs 4g).

No Three signal at home. Work is fine. 4g due in the local town this year according to Three but once you leave the towns. ...

Given the strain on the O2 network now, I can't see them offering unlimited 4G.

If a lot of people go for that deal I wonder if they can sustain it.

That said three are now offering wifi calling which, if effective, would solve the home network issue. Then it would depend if o2 bring 4g to the local towns by the end of this year as I was previously advised. But o2 have gone VERY QUIET on 4g rollouts

Hi @Anonymous

Thank you for the guidance. I have a Three sim and my Note 3 is unlocked. Up to about a month ago at home no Three signal indoors. Outdoors is weak.

In Town however the Three signal is pretty good. It's just that this is a semi rural area and as such all networks are poor at best.
