Uk, Yodel, HDN all seem as bad as each other! not one can be relied upon.....would'nt mind but im being charge for this contract by O2 but not even had the goods yet!......ok rant over Smiley Frustrated

Can't say that I blame you either, tbh I'd do the same....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I went to retail store and they sorted it out for me, they cancelled my previous order and gave me my new phone slight_smile If I knew something like that situation with UK Mail will happen I wouldn't order it online. Lesson learned.

At least you are sorted now at long last. One of the reasons we do advise people to go instore where possible.

As you say...a lesson learnt..

Such awful feedback about UK mail and O2 are still using this delivery company?? Why??

I'm also having problems with UK Mail. Ordered phone upgrade on line. Delivery slot chosen and a text from UK Mail containing a number that turns out isn't a consignment number so I have no way of tracking the parcel on their website. Parcel never materialises. Try calling them and am transferred to a 'recipients' number which is just a recorded message requiring me to type in my consignment number....which I DONT HAVE. No option to speak to a person. An endless loop of getting nowhere. The only way to contact them is via an online form that simply generates an automated reply that you can't reply to. They still havent contacted me.

The order at O2 shows as complete but shows no parcel number or any courier name so can't get a consignment number from there either.

Delivery now supposed to be today but looking at the long list of complaints, here I'm beginning to regret placing the order.

How difficult can it be??

Nice one, let's rename them UKFail...so far, failing on so many levels:

Not delivering

Not providing consignment number

Not answering emails....

How does such a company continue to exist?

Hi @Anonymous

I am sure you have tried this.....but this O2 link tells you exactly what you should be doing to track your order

http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order

Of course it all becomes irrelevant if any details are missing in My O2 slight_frown

Indeed, have tried several times but no parcel number and no courier name shown on the order so no way to track it at all!
