So i rang them after waiting 0ver 5 mins someone finally answered to say "sorry it went to the wrong depot it will be with you tomorrow", because of pass dealing's with these so called delivery companies i rang again this morning to double check after a lot of umming and ahhing he said "yes its in nottingham you will get it today" im not holding my breath as the site shows it was supposed to be delivered before 12!.

Uk, Yodel, HDN all seem as bad as each other! not one can be relied upon.....would'nt mind but im being charge for this contract by O2 but not even had the goods yet!......ok rant over Smiley Frustrated

Funnily enough I had a Yodel delivery today, turned up on time and the driver was very pleasant, can't fault them!

I'm furious at the appalling costumer service I've received from UK mail, I ordered my phone on the Wednesday and expected it Thursday I moved some appointments to Friday and began my wait.... NOTHING... I woke up Friday morning and checked the website only to find that apparently they attempted to deliver Thursday lunch time and left a card which they did not. After several minutes of waiting I got through to someone at UK mail they accused me of lying about the attempted delivery and said I should expect it between 9.00 -20.00 when I asked to speak to a manger I was told that no one was available and when I asked for a head office number they didn't have one???? I've complained to O2 about this but I'm not leaving it until I've gotten someone to apologise .... sooooo furious!!

I think the post services have changed a lot in the last 10 or so years and not necessarily for the better!

We used to get 2 deliveries per day - one was just before school at about half past 8 and the other was around 12. Now we get 1 delivery per day and it's usually around 11 but sometimes it's been 4pm. We made a joking comment once to he postman about it (it wasn't our usual one) and his rude and arrogant response was "well you're getting it aren't you"

We can guarantee Mondays we don't get any post as the postman has a bag instead of a trolley and he calls to 1 in every 5 or so houses.

I can't tell you how much of our post has gone missing, more annoying when you're really waiting for something.

With regards to couriers, I don't think they're much better. Some of them are lovely and chatty but some throw parcels at you and they sign them on your behalf as they can't be bothered waiting for you (I've complained to the delivery services).

On occasions I've waited in all day for a parcel and it doesn't arrive. I look online and it says the courier tried to deliver, which is a complete lie. I don't know how many complaints I've made.

I've also had an issue with the courier that Apple use. I waited in all day for my iPad. I called the courier at 6pm and I was told I had to wait until 9pm. At around half past 8 I saw the couriers van go past but stopped at a house further up the street. I noticed that he got no answer from that houses me he drove off. I'd hoped he'd come to my house next. I went online to track mine and it had been updated 2 minutes earlier that the driver attempted to deliver but I wasn't home. He'd clearly gone to the wrong house. By the time I pressed the numbers on the automated service to get to the correct department the company was closed. I wasn't happy at all.

I've been waiting all day too and it still says out for delivery - it's now 8:45pm! No-one has been to the house and every time I try and call them to find out what is going on, they keep you on hold for 15 minutes and then hand the line up. Not impressed!

They'll probably tell you they tried to deliver it and you weren't in !!
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It may be that the courier couldn't find your address or had too many deliveries on for today or could have broken down. Could be a number of reasons.

I suspect it will be put on again for delivery tomorrow.

Not ideal but if it doesn't come tomorrow then I would phone o2 (assuming you ordered it direct) or the third party reseller (such as carphone warehouse) if you ordered from them and get them to speak to the delivery company. They have more sway
