Aerial are renowed for this kind of issue and should be avoided.

They need to prove what what agreed to so if they can't you have a right to cancel.

Firstly Aerial is not an O2 company ...they are one of O2 trusted partners. They will pretend they are part of O2

They are a company we advise people to avoid as they are responsible for misselling. They only provide business contracts not consumer contracts and should be avoided at all costs.

If you haven't signed up with them then please do not. If you have then you tell them you want to cancel your contract. (Unless you have a business and are happy with the deal they offer)

I wouldn't touch them with the proverbial 'bargepole'...:smileysad:

Search the forum and you'll see what we mean.
Basically you've been conned. You will also now have a business account which you prob don't need.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This is the company, and they only sell business contracts so should be avoided: http://www.aerial-telephones.co.uk/aerial/ as above they are not O2.

Another one! Hopefully @Toby et.al can report back as to the out and out skull duggery of this outfit - loyal customers being skinned alive doesn't reflect well on O2 and their choice of 'trusted' partners.

It's been going on for years so I can't see it changing anytime soon. O2 must be pleased with them !!
