0845 charges with Big Bundle

Ok, I know the T&C's say 0845 numbers get charged and aren't included in the Big Bundle but most people don't want to waste their lives wading through T&C's. It certainly comes to O2 customers surprise when they get charged separately for a call to a UK call centre. This is no more than sneaky and I'll be looking to change provider.

I'm on the same bundle.

Look at apps that convert numbers or http://www.saynoto0870.com/

@Anonymous

This is the same on just about every network both mobile and landline except BT. There may be others but that is the only one that springs to mind.

Voda. EE and o2 definitely don't include 0845 so by all means change networks but they would charge you too.

And of course another "I'm going to change network cos I have been charged. ......... For something I am liable for".

Hi @Anonymous

0845 numbers are not inclusive either on Pay and go or contract.

Most mobile providers don't include them not just O2...even landline providers charge separate for them ,or you need a specific higher tariff.... And that has been the case for years....

I might be wrong but I think they were never inclusive on pay and go... Do you remember @jonsie ?

Let's see what happens when BT take over EE. I know, silly me for not reading the T&C's. My point is still valid, it comes as a bad surprise when you first find out (perhaps some of you don't remember). Hindsight is a great thing.

It amazes me when people state they can't be 'wading through T+C's' and then get annoyed when they are charged for something that's in them. .....

I admit to not reading all terms and conditions on everything...but I recognise anything that happens as a result is my own fault ..:smileysad:

So do you blame providers for making T&C's so long and complicated that most of us can't be bothered to read them all?

If you don't want to wade through the t&c thn find your charged for something & it's in the t&c, you don't have any valid reason for wanting to change networks because it's you that didn't read up

I've already said I was silly for not reading up, why not read things properly before judging. That's the same mistake I made!
