My02 App question.

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi Guys and Gals,

Due to running out of Data a few days ago I added 'The Works' Bolt on.

I can see it's been added onto my Payg account via the App under the tab 'My Bolt Ons, but it won't tell me any further info such as remaining allowances through the app.

I can go online via my MBA and find out that way.

Question to you guys on Contract.

I understand your Myo2 is different to mine as you can check your billing info.

If you add a Bolt On and look in your Myo2 does it just give the info as I described above , or does it also show you the allowances and what's remaining ?

I've never added an additional bolt on but my monthly allowance is shown as a "bolt on" with the amount of data remaining.

Same for me. Perhaps someone such as @Anonymous or @Anonymous can answer that for you?

I figured all bolt ons would be treated the same way in My O2....

The bolt ons that I have are standard one except for the unlimited data which obviously doesn't give you details of remaining data.
