how do we get rid of this annoying setting when we put our phone on airplane mode? never had this before on an iPhone until we joined 02 and I don't like it !! any help appreciated. thank you

Yes, it does because there is no data connection so it's there as a warning.

it leaves a red notification as if you have a voicemail but there is nothing there. only happens when phone on airplane. it's driving us mad.
