i only want to unlock my iphone, when i came across sandie from the e-chat...who refused to help me because i spelt my name in the chat as tanya instead as on the contract tanja...

and as that wouldnt be enough.. the link sent to me to unlock it, doesnt even work....O2 you suck

Hi there gp2014, sorry u having all this problems. As for the GED reference it's bank reference assigned to the Direct debit, and it's used to trace payments. If u been asked for that it may be that the dd amount is not matching what u say is being taken from your bank??? This is just a guess, but you would be better speaking to 202, customer services, and clarify what is happening, either way they should  be able to help u there and then. The complaints link generates an email that is put in a queue, and it's taking on average about 2 weeks ( they have up to 28 days) to get back to you. So u might be better of ringing cs...hope this helps, let us know how u got on, if u can.
