I am due an upgrade next month, but ive unfortuantely smashed my iphone 5. I understand o2 pay customers £100 for their old handset. If i owe money on my handset will they take money out of the money for my old handset?

I think the word "smashed" puts it in that ball park.

I've just checked out the terms and they won't offer much if it's broken, if anything:

For £10 just stick it in a drawer, look at it occasionally and it will serve as a reminder that you are so thankful you got a case for protection for your new phone....hhopefully wink
