There is a problem with iPhone unlocking at the moment.
The advice is to wait 7 days and try again.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Do you still have an account/contract with o2?
If yes, have you checked that the IMEI number matches what is on My o2?
Have you tried another sim (from the new provider) in it? Does that work or say network locked?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Hopefully less than that  @MI5 as the first post we saw re this issue was stating from 27th June...so should be 3 days now...If they get the 'problem' sorted of course?

First tried to unlock on the 29th, still not working after attempting to unlock yesterday evening.

Received an 'unlatch failed' sms and email this morning.

There have been problems recently with iPhone unlocking due to system issues.
If the system is still down I'm afraid it will be a case of waiting until it's fixed.
