unlocking my iPhone 6

Hi frinend ,

I need to unblock my iphone 6 128gb. Due to aboard travel  i need to use other local network to cut the international roaming charge. SO kindly unblock the phone. lot of time i was request to unlock my phone, but till now it was not yet unlocked. please look over it and solve the issues as soon as early.......

This is not O2 you are speaking to, we are customers like you.

To get the phone unlocked you will need to pay off your refresh device plan in full first

O2 are not unlocking the iPhone 6 on Pay Monthly yet and we don't know when they will, unless you have an O2 Refresh plan and have paid for the phone in full.

If it's on Pay and Go it can't be unlocked until it is 12 months old.

You need to pay for phone in full or wait 12 months as they are the only options o2 offer at present.
