I  am trying to unlock my phone. Have tried filling in the on line form but have forgotten some of the info I used when setting up originally so it has been rejected due to wrong security info. I have been into  the O2 shop and they advised me to by a payg sim for £15 and try again. Have registered this and filled in form again but have now been told I have tried too many times!!!! Have emailed back and been told the email service has been shut down and to try live chat! I have been trying to get on live chat for 2 days and they are constantly busy! Help!!

Call CS on the contract sim on 202.

To be honest if you are having so many problems you need to ring CS on 4445 or 202 for contract and ask for their advice..
