I was in bolton all afternoon in the middle of a conversation on me phone texting when me signal went turned me phone off for a while still no signal 15 miles to home and still absolutley nothing turned me phone off loads left it off took the sim card out still nothing checked o2 website for signal in my area results show area not effected and to other areas surrounding mine. Whats going on? :-(
Don't worry your not the only one, my iPhone went down around 16:30 when I notice and did the same turning it on and off connecting it to iTunes and nothing... so I'm assuming its down all over based on the post's everyone is putting so just hope they sort it soon.
Ive got an iphone for work and a blackberry for personal use and blackberry is showing emergency calls only but the iphone is fine? How weird is that. Hope they sort it soon.
Tell me about it lol from what I've read up its across the uk and engineers are "working on it"... but coinsidentally my girlfriend is on o2 as well and her iPhone is fine but mine isn't so gutted, fingers crossed they sort soon too.
