sim and change tariff

Hi, 

 

Whilst chaging my phone I removed my SIM and the dog got hold of it! needless to say it is no longer usable. How can I get a duplicate SIM?

 

2nd question; I want to change my tariff. My usage is down and I want to minimize my outgoings until my circumstances change. How do I find out when I can make the change?

A visit to an O2 shop would be quickest, failing that call O2 and they'll send one out.

Changing tariff will depend on what you're on now.

Tariffs cannot be downgraded unless you are at the end of the contracted period or if you pay off the phone portion of a refresh tariff.
